ATTORNEY MILDA GOERIZ
Attorney Milda Goeriz is an immigration attorney, licensed to practice law in European Union and in the United States. She holds a JD and a qualifying Masters Degree in International and European Union Law from Vilnius University, Lithuania. Ms. Goeriz specialized in International and Human Rights Law and wrote her Master’s thesis on the protection of human rights and enforcement of the human rights laws.
After successfully practicing international law in Europe, Ms. Goeriz decided to expand her knowledge and practice area and came to study U. S. law at the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, CA. She obtained a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) degree from the Golden Gate University and passed the California Bar exam right after graduation.
Having settled in the Bay Area and being passionate about giving back to the immigrant community, Ms. Goeriz founded the Law Offices of Milda Goeriz, a full service immigration law firm helping individuals and businesses to navigate the ever changing and complex immigration laws.
Ms. Goeriz is an active member of the Contra Costa and San Francisco Bar Associations. She is also a devoted volunteer at the Bay Area Legal Aid, providing pro bono services to the low income individuals, and works with the Contra Costa County Bar Association’s Moderate Means Program.
In addition, Ms. Goeriz is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association and actively participates in educating the immigrant community and pursuing the protection of immigrant rights.
